A $50 booking deposit is required to secure all appointments at Soul Replenish Therapy. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your appointment at the time of service.
The deposit is fully refundable if your appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice.
Cancellations or changes made with less than 48 hours notice will forfeit the $50 deposit. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 75% charge of the full appointment fee, with the amount payable the balance after the $50 deposit is applied. In these cases the $50 deposit will be retained and applied against the cancellation fee.
Memberships have a minimum 3 month term, you can cancel anytime outside of the minimum period.
Cancel request must be received no less than 7 days prior to the end of the current monthly billing cycle.
You have 7-day cooling off period. If you cancel within the cooling off period, the 3 month minimum term is waived. Your membership will automatically end after the first month, the initial payment is non-refundable.
Appointment cancellation forgiveness can only be applied once a month, standard appointment cancellation applies for any additional late cancellations.
Priority booking window (book up to 30 days ahead: Tuesday - Thursday preferred).
Enhancements will renew monthly, with one rollover allowed.
Rolled on enhancements expire in 60 days.
Member pricing is for the named member only.
Couples membership are for the two named members only.
Members can pause membership up to 2 times per year for 4 weeks at a time, billing will resume after the 4 week period.
Failed payments will pause membership immediately until resolved via the billing portal.

You may unsubscribe from our mailing/marketing lists at any time by contacting us in writing.
